This course is for those who already possess a valid, British Columbia, S-100 Basic Fire Suppression and Safety Certificate*, required by WorkSafe BC for workers exposed to the potential of wildfire. That 2 day course is a prerequisite for this annual Refresher Course.

Geoterra Wildfire Safety Services & Training

The S100 training, which includes the S185 training, is an in-person training courses that we offer at our office in Prince George, BC, and can be brought directly to your office or worksite location. 

As of 2026, the S-185 Fire Entrapment and Avoidance Safety content has been rolled into the updated S-100. The combination of both courses are now referred to as the S-100.
